Some children express initial reservations about wearing a poncho instead of a coat, and we have collected some helpful suggestions here.
That said, all items have been inspected prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with your ponchos or if they were damaged during shipping, you may return them within 14 days of delivery receipt (per USPS tracking) for exchange or refund of purchase price.
The following condition must be met to qualify for refund or exchange:
- Ponchos must NOT have stains or spills
- Ponchos must NOT been laundered.
- Items received by H Barry Boo in these conditions do not qualify for refund or exchange.
We're sorry, but shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Ponchos received as gifts are eligible for exchange only (as long as they have not been laundered or have stains or spills), and accessories such as hats, scarves and blankets are not returnable.
